For the NAD+ Youth Repair patches, apply two patches at once every other day (totaling six patches per week). Wear both patches for 8–12 hours, then gently remove and recycle them after use. While you should wear two NAD+ patches at once, they don't need to be placed in the same spot.
Where should I apply these patches?
You can apply the patches anywhere that feels comfortable—just avoid the head and face. Some of the most popular application areas include the arms, wrists, back, shoulders, stomach, and neck. Feel free to mix it up based on what's most comfortable for you.
Can I wear multiple patches at the same time?
