Who can wear these patches?
Patches are for adults and children 12 years of age and older. If you have specific health conditions or are taking medication, consult a healthcare provider before use.*
How do I apply these patches?
Peel off one patch from the clear backing. Apply to clean, dry, hair-free skin and press firmly. Wear for 8–12 hours, then gently remove and recycle after use.
For the NAD+ Youth Repair patches, apply two patches at once every other day (totaling six patches per week). Wear both patches for 8–12 hours, then gently remove and recycle them after use. While you should wear two NAD+ patches at once, they don't need to be placed in the same spot.
Where should I apply these patches?
You can apply the patches anywhere that feels comfortable—just avoid the head and face. Some of the most popular application areas include the arms, wrists, back, shoulders, stomach, and neck. Feel free to mix it up based on what's most comfortable for you.
Can I wear multiple patches at the same time?
Yes. You can wear one Vitamin D3, one B12, and two NAD+ patches at the same time. Apply one Vitamin D3 patch and one Vitamin B12 patch together, and use two NAD+ patches every other day as instructed. Patches can be worn separately or together.
As with any supplement, consult your healthcare provider to determine your specific nutrient needs.
Can these patches get wet?
Yes, our patches are water-resistant and, when applied as instructed, can be worn during physical exercise, in the shower, or when participating in light to moderate water activities such as swimming. If your patch is not applied as instructed and water gets underneath the patch, gently remove and recycle the used patch and apply a fresh patch to ensure you are receiving the intended benefit and to minimize the chance of skin irritation.
What if I'm allergic to adhesives?
The adhesive used in our patches is a PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) and is not produced with any colophony/rosin. Our patches are hypoallergenic and should not irritate the skin. If any irritation occurs, please remove the patch.
How do I know my patch is working?
Our vitamin patches are designed to deliver both instant and long-term benefits. While some ingredients may offer noticeable effects shortly after application—like increased focus, energy, or calm—others work beneath the surface to support your health over time.* The experience may vary depending on the specific formula and your individual needs, but consistent use is key.
Can I use the NAD+ patch if I'm already doing other NAD+ therapies (injections, IVs, etc.)?
Yes—you can. In fact, studies suggest that nicotinamide riboside (NR), the active ingredient in our patch, may enhance the effects of other NAD+ therapies. Using the patch alongside IVs, injections, or oral supplements can support more sustained NAD+ levels and improve overall results.
